Meredith is an associate in Ross & McBride’s Business Law Group. Her practice focuses on all aspects of business affairs and corporate proceedings as well as municipal and land use planning matters.
Meredith obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Ottawa in 2010 and a Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2015.
While completing her law degree, Meredith obtained a Certificate in Mediation from the Community Law School (Sarnia-Lambton) Inc. and led the design and implementation of a mock mediation competition for Western Law students. In 2013, Meredith and a teammate won first place in the Torys LLP Negotiation Competition and, as a result, received negotiation training from lawyers at Torys LLP before competing in the American Bar Association Negotiation Competition in Boston, Massachusetts. In her graduating year, Meredith received the Nidhi Kanika Suri Memorial Award, an award given annually to a student who has shown strong engagement with the law school, for her efforts to improve mental health services and support for law students at the University of Western Ontario and across Ontario. Meredith also volunteered her time as a Research Assistant with the Canadian Environmental Law Association and as a representative of Western Law’s Community Outreach Committee, facilitating student participation in community events such as food drives and the CIBC Run for the Cure.
In her downtime, Meredith enjoys live music, hiking, camping and time with family and friends. Meredith is bilingual and welcomes opportunities to use her French.
