Unprecedented award for a Human Rights Case

Although perception would be that this isn't a ton of money.  A human rights case was recently settled with a judgement of $150,000 against the employer.  Sean Jackson speaks with Jamie West and Tracy Lynn about the process of submitting a complaint to the Human Rights Commission and how the amount of settlement can be determined.
