Our Personal Injury Law Group is currently looking for a full-time Law Clerk


Scope & Responsibilities

The ideal individual will have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the area of Tort and Statutory Accident Benefits, as it relates to personal injury litigation.  The candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to manage priorities to ensure all deadlines are met, be able to multi-task, complete work with great accuracy, work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision, take initiative, when required, and be efficient with time management. 
 
The candidate will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, which are necessary to draft correspondence and legal documents, schedule meetings and communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, lawyers, doctors, and other professionals.  Experience and competency with drafting documents from file intake to Trial including, motions, mediation/pre-trial briefs, file summaries and Trial briefs are an asset.
