Our Personal Injury Law Group is currently looking for a full-time AB and Tort Law Clerk, who is able to work in a fast paced, extremely busy environment. 

Scope & Responsibilities

The ideal individual will have 5+ years’ experience in the area of Personal Injury Law. They will have a solid foundation in drafting pleadings, Affidavit of Documents, motions, mediations, LATs, and other legal documents.  They will also be skilled at reviewing and summarizing medical records, organizing and collecting undertakings, preparing pre-trial and mediation briefs and have experience with all stages of trial preparation. 

Skills & Qualifications Required

The candidate must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, which are necessary to prepare and draft correspondence and legal documents, schedule meetings and communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and other professionals.
