Wade represented the Applicant in this matter who alleged discrimination on the basis of disability. Wade was successful and the Applicant received lost wages and general damages.

Wade acted as counsel to the Applicant at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal. Wade and his colleagues were successful in obtaining one of the largest human rights awards ever ordered in the province of Ontario and defending the matter up through higher courts on judicial review and appeal.
