Adrianna Inneo is an associate in Ross & McBride’s Business Law Group, where she works with a range of clients from small businesses to large corporations. She practices in many areas of business law, including incorporations, reorganizations, shareholder agreements, commercial agreements, purchase and sale transactions (M&A), financing, and commercial leasing. She is also experienced in real estate law and is equipped to assist clients with commercial real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
Adrianna is known for being approachable and adaptable, tailoring her style to suit the unique needs of each client. Her clients benefit from her attention to detail, her collaborative approach to achieving goals and her focus on keeping their businesses moving forward through efficiency and responsiveness.
Adrianna obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Sociology with a Concentration in Criminology from Brock University prior to receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. She completed her articles with Ross & McBride, through which she gained valuable experience in a variety of business law matters.
Outside of her day-to-day practice, Adrianna is a member of the Hamilton Law Association and a regular contributor to the Legal Matters column in the Hamilton Spectator. In 2022, Adrianna joined the Board of Food4Kids Hamilton, a local non-profit organization that provides healthy food to more than 1,400 students.
Adrianna was raised in the Hamilton area and is proud to represent clients in the region on corporate and commercial law matters.
