Andrei Dobrogeanu is an associate in Ross & McBride’s Litigation group, where he practices in all matters of commercial litigation. He represents businesses and individuals in matters such as shareholder disputes, breach of contract cases, property disputes, and defamation actions. He has represented clients in a broad range of tribunals and courts, including the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims court, and Divisional Court appeals.
In addition to having a strong handle on procedural and substantive law, Andrei’s clients benefit from his practical advice and ability to help them clearly understand their options and entitlements.
Outside of his regular practice, Andrei has frequently volunteered with Pro Bono Ontario to give procedural assistance to self-representing litigants. He is also a member of the Advocates’ Society, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Hamilton Law Association.
