Andrew’s practice is largely restricted to providing mediation and arbitration services.
Andrew is knowledgeable and experienced in insurance related litigation. He teaches Insurance Law in a law school, is the chair of the board of an insurance company and is a SOAR trained adjudicator with many years’ experience resolving cases.

Having appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Supreme Court of Canada and representing his clients in countless matters; Andrew is frequently invited to speak at legal education events relating to advocacy, dispute resolution, tort, insurance, civil procedure and legal ethics.
Andrew is a past President of the Hamilton Law Association; a former Director of the Advocates Society; and a recipient of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association’s Distinguished Service Award.
Presently, Andrew is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Western; is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Lawyers Professional Indemnity Company (LAWPRO) and is a Bencher of the Law Society of Ontario.
With Andrew you will have a mediator who relates well with both clients and counsel, and will provide you with a balanced, fair and respectful process in which you can discuss, negotiate and resolve your case.
