Daniel is an Associate in our Human Rights and Constitutional Law group. He is committed to improving access to justice, with a focus on client experience.
Daniel brings over four years of professional experience working at an international non-profit advocating for human rights, and two years working in marketing at a major Canadian telecommunications company. Through his professional experience prior to practicing law, Daniel brings a broad set of skills and a unique perspective to his work.
Prior to joining Ross & McBride, Daniel completed his Practice Placement at bakerlaw where he worked on significant Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms files, dedicated to advancing section 7 and section 15 rights for persons with disabilities.
Daniel received his Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, where he worked as a caseworker at the Lakehead University Community Legal Services. While working at the Lakehead University Community Legal Services, Daniel diligently advocated for his client needs and successfully argued before the Landlord and Tenant Board.
