Kristine is responsible for all marketing, business development, media inquiries, and community relations activities on behalf of Ross & McBride. 

Kristine is passionate about connecting people to things that matter, lifelong learning, and supporting EDI initiatives.

She has over 15 years of experience in strategy, relationship building, business development, marketing, communications, brand transformation, reputation management, and advancement.

Kristine is a graduate of the Master of Communications Management (MCM) program from McMaster/Syracuse University, and her capstone paper, "Reputation and Social Capital: A Hammer for the Glass Ceiling," is published in the Journal of Professional Communications (2020).

Most recently, Kristine was awarded the Women of Distinction in the Business Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation category (2022 YWCA) and named one of Hamilton's Top 40 Under 40 (2021).
