Safwan Dadabhoy is an associate in Ross & McBride’s Business Law Group with a focus on business law and real estate. His expertise includes business acquisitions and sales, corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements, corporate governance and a range of real estate matters.
Safwan thrives on attention to detail, including drafting and reviewing transaction documents, conducting due diligence and assisting with closings. He also advises his clients on general corporate, commercial and governance matters.
Before joining Ross & McBride, Safwan practised at national and boutique law firms and worked as in-house counsel for a global renewable energy developer. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 and the Alberta Bar in 2025.
When he isn’t working, Safwan enjoys travelling and is an avid Arsenal fan.
