About
Taran represents a wide range of clients, including those injured in car accidents, pedestrian accidents, cycling accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, dog bites, and other circumstances where an injury is caused by the fault of a third party. He also assists clients in matters involving short-term and long-term disability claims, accident benefits, CPP disability benefits, and civil suits related to assault.
Moving forward after an accident can be stressful and your next steps can be confusing. Taran always takes the time to ensure his clients understand each step of the legal process. He is attentive to his clients’ needs and to the details of each case, examining every possible outcome to support them in achieving the best possible result.
Taran studied criminology at Wilfrid Laurier University before receiving his law degree from Queen’s University. During his time at Queen’s, Taran gained valuable, hands-on experience working with three different legal clinics – the Prison Law Clinic, the Business Law Clinic, and Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic.
Taran was born and raised near Hamilton and remains actively involved in the community. Outside of his practice, Taran is a member of the Rotary Club of Hamilton AM, which focuses on humanitarian work in the Hamilton area. As part of Hamilton’s sports community, Taran keeps his competitive spirit alive by participating in various local basketball and softball leagues.
