Ross & McBride LLP is situated upon the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Mississaugas. This land is governed by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant. We recognize and deeply appreciate the contributions of these nations to the land upon which we now sit. Their work and effort, both historically and today, are integral in the formation of our community. As settlers, this recognition of the contributions and historic importance of these peoples is also connected to our collective commitment to make the commitments of Truth and Reconciliation real.

As a firm, we understand our role in the journey towards Truth and Reconciliation as ongoing and evolving. We are more than settlers; we are active participants committed to continuous learning and action. This journey shapes our work and ethos, guiding us to honour Indigenous traditions and rights.
